The boot is made of durable plastic compounds also used on wheels of your suitcase, It adds a sure-grip texture shock absorbsion, aesthetic emphasis and protective shielding, and with a number of cut-outs and extra features you can use the commonly needed accessories. Cut-outs to give access to the scan button, laser window is recessed to keep it out of harms way when dropped and capability to connect it with a serial or USB cable including additional strain relieve. Extra features on the bottom provide with a convenient loop for attaching a lanyard or retractable keychain. The boot is a recommended accessory and can accommodate either the ROV Scanner or ROV Scanner with Bluetooth. |
