GDPR and ePR changes - New Contact Limitations

Our appologies for making it very hard to contact us but we had to change corporate policies because of enourmous spam overload.

You may not rely on PEPR receiving any emails as long as you are not part of a persons / group contacts and/or whitelists on this domain. Any email send to this domain not belonging to an individual or recognized group will be deleted immediately. Any email not part of an individuals or group contact list or white list will be deleted immediately. Before sending an email you must ask to be added to the individual / group contact list or whitelist. Any claims us receiving an email are are invalid as long as you did not comply with this. Sending any unsollicited email is forbidden and we strictly enforce European Privacy regulations and directives including but not limited to GDPR and ePR.

Ask for confirmation from somebody you are trynig to email to assure he is receiving your emails. If unsuccessful you can use our contact page to request access to an individual or group mailbox. We do maintain whitelists from people with whom we communicated prior to the GDPR and ePR adoption. However, that does not guarantee that you are on a white list.

In 2018-2019 we use spam folders to catch emails that may come from known sources to build our contact lists and limit the detection of too many false positives. There is no guarantee that your email will be seen as the ammount of spam in these folders is very large.

We have reviewed the 2018 spam folders and concluded that we will continue the strict use of white lists as the ammount of spam email continues to be exorbitantly high despite the GDRP and ePR regulations.

As a conclusion: ANY EMAIL SEND TO US AFTER THE GDPR AND EPR CAME INTO EFFECT USING A NEW OR PREVIOUSLY USED EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE ASKED FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ARE IN OUR CONTACT LISTS. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS INSUFFICIENT.
